The Today Show is speculating right now that Michael Jackson's drug addiction began after the "hair on fire" accident while shooting a Pepsi ad in 1984.
Just in case you need more reason to avoid Pepsi...
Apparently the Fire Marshall is blaming the video director who instructed MJ to "stand under the sparks longer" to create an effect. Not sure who is the dumbass here....MJ or the director....or both.
That said, I have been drinking Pepsi for over 40 years and have yet to set my hair, or anything else, on fire!!!!
