As you drive from city to city it's fun to see camels off in the distance. Camels are 100x cooler than I thought before I arrived. It's a little disconcerting, however, to see them in the middle of the road... as I did on my way to Sharjah.
I've had the same question. Most every camel is domesticated in that they have a home and a place that they are *supposed* to be. That "home" can be miles away and, obviously, these camels found the food in the center of the highway irresistible.

This may be a stupid question, but are these camels wild or domesticated?
