That may look like another disappointing two pound loss but it's actually much better. Mid-week I was very dehydrated and weighed in at 205. For the last three days I've been pumping in water like there's no tomorrow. So the 211 is after getting bloated up,
Just remember - the fit of the pants is the most important thing!
