Yesterday the high went over 100. It's going to continue to go up for the next few months. This city will not see a high under 100 until late October. Think about that: six months with each day over 100.
No matter what you have going on in your world think of me in a city where every it will be over 100. Dip from my bucket. It may not fill yours but I hope it at least brings a smile as you walk out the door.
Now my experience from time in Phoenix was that 100 was quite pleasant. Actually anything below 106-107ish was OK. Over that, it was hot. Over 110 was hot...115 was miserable...120 was the time everyone started looking for property in Flagstaff. I'll take 105 where you are ANYTIME instead of 95 in San Antonio. Travis
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to a move to the Phoenix area in the Fall. Having been there when it was 120, I have to say it definitely is warm but not humid, so it didn't feel any worse than Iowa with 95 degrees and 95% humidity. Granted, at 120 you don't want to do a lot outside.....oh, except for cooling off in the pool. Hey, Steve, why the change on the way you post Comments?
