Seriously, is it that much to ask that someone signs their name?
Anyhow, the lower the number license plate the more it costs. It's a status symbol. I can't see this working in the US because few would pay thousands for a 3 digit license plate and more for a two digit and whole lot more for a one digit.
A friend took this picture and sent it to me. Buying the car was chump change considering the license plate "5" costs Dh 25 million ($6.8 million)
