Patan is a city immediately adjacent to Katmandu. Is separated by a river of human waste.

The Patan Durbar Square (town square) is even older than Katmandu. A water canal dates back to the sixth century.

It's a 400 year old temple. No problem to hang our laundry here!

There was a lot erotic art work around the square. This disturbing picture is the
least explicit.
Is it all temples or are there homes there, too? It is beautiful.
