A woman had consensual sex with a guy in his car. He called five friends who came and gang raped her. She went to the police. The men have been charged with rape and the woman has been charged with having consensual sex outside of marriage. You can read the story here.
I hope that rape holds a higher penalty.
ReplyDeleteI would like to point out that the article states that the woman agreed to get in a car with the man - not to have sex with him. She is stating that she was raped by all six of the men.
