Administrative bonding

It never ceases to amaze me: The protective brotherhood among administrators.

You meet with three different administrators who each tells a different story.

You can sit in a room with them and they'll say, "Oh, we are in total agreement."

Without even blinking.

While I enjoy managing a team, I learned long ago I didn't have what it takes to be an administrator.
