Student quote of the day

"When you speak I don't listen."

It's not quite what he meant. Or at least that's what I'm telling myself.

Later a student said, "I am going to skip class on Wednesday.  Will you count me absent?"

I've learned to just smile.  Any other response elicits debate.

    To clarify my earlier remark - there was supposed to be sarcasm oozing all over that remark. I wasn't actually asking what your response was - it was along the lines of denise's remark!
